If you did not apply for a Medical Marijuana Dispensary license in Denver prior to March 1, 2010, your business did not "grandfather" through. This means: A) No sales until you receive the actual license. Any sales you make are illegal because you lack local approval. B) You have to be 1,000 feet from schools, daycares, and other MMCs. |
